Job description

JOB DUTIES: Direct the development and operation of computer hardware and software systems across business departments; and render technical support for the development and deployment of troubleshooting systems while ensuring that incidents and escalations are promptly addressed. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain stability and interoperability protocols for computer network functionality to include the application of targeted cybersecurity protocols designed to ensure system security and integrity. Communicate with staff to ensure understanding of system specific requirements and cybersecurity protocols. Design, implement, and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval; and provide input for report generation in support of management-level operational decision making.

Requirements

3 months of experience with Kaseya (ITSM), Comp TIA A+, SQL, and Active Directory

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a directly related field, REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a directly related field and 3 months of experience with Kaseya (ITSM), Comp TIA A+, SQL, and Active Directory.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) from ISC2.
