Level 1 Help Desk Technician / Service Desk Engineer

• First point of contact via phone, email & ticketing system
• Triage, document & own tickets through to resolution
• Escalate to L2 with full context - never a blind pass
• Accurate time entries and ticket notes on every interaction
• Follow SOPs and improve the internal knowledge base
• Support multi-tenant M365 environments
• Represent the company with professionalism on every call

Do you have experience in Windows?, * MSP experience - 1-2 yrs minimum (Required)

• PSA/Ticketing: ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, or similar
• Microsoft 365 Admin - Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune
• Azure AD / Entra ID - users, groups, licensing
• Windows 10/11 desktop & laptop support, imaging
• Network basics: DNS, DHCP, VPN, printers
• Onboarding/offboarding - account & device provisioning
