Sr Scrum Master / Project Manager / RTE

Do you have experience in Agile software development?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Qualifications * A minimum of a 5 years of scrum master experience in fast-paced delivery environments required. * Experience in a health care environment (Consumer, Pharma, Medical Devices) is preferred * At least one year experience with Agile Development techniques (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) is required. * Two years of experience as a Certified Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master is required. * BS degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. * Proven experience working with and driving performance of cross-functional teams (i.e. development, product management, production, QA, etc.). * Prior experience with Jira and MS Project * Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year in for a software development team in a GxP environment that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, * Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency * GxP software implementation is preferred
