Job description

We are seeking a Power Apps Developer to support digital transformation and business process modernization initiatives for a federal customer. The successful candidate will develop, enhance, and maintain business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps applications (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
Develop automated workflows using Power Automate
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, SAP, and other enterprise systems
Support modernization of manual and legacy business processes
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
Create dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications and workflows
Support Agile development activities including sprint planning, testing, and deployment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps development
Experience with: o PowerBI o Power Automate o Dataverse o Microsoft 365 o SQL
Experience integrating APIs and external data sources
Strong communication and customer interaction skills
Problem solving and analytical thinking
Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments
Strong documentation and process improvement skills
Experience modernizing business workflows and data processes
