Coordinator BMT Data Management & Regulatory Systems | Bone Marrow Ops

Manages and submits accurate clinical and outcomes data for Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) patients to registries, including the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR), ensuring compliance with reporting standards and submission deadlines.

• Reviews patient medical records to abstract detailed transplant-related information, including diagnoses, conditioning regimens, complications such as CRS/ICANS, and long-term follow-up outcomes while maintaining data quality and integrity.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, clinical teams, and research staff to clarify clinical documentation, support audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, including FACT standards.
• Utilizes electronic medical records and specialized data management systems to track transplant activity, perform quality assurance reviews, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the BMT program.

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred., Minimum of two (2) years of data management experience required; oncology data management experience preferred.

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience providing information systems support required.
• Computer programming experience preferred.
• Knowledge of information systems, data storage and analysis, and performance improvement methodologies required.
