IT Decision Support Analyst | IT - Data & Analytics

• Analyzes IT data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Develops and maintains dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
• Collaborates with IT teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Evaluates technology solutions to enhance business performance.
• Monitors system performance and recommends optimization strategies.
• Supports project management activities related to decision support tools.
• Ensures compliance with data governance and security policies.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Experience supporting project management, data governance, and compliance initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong proficiency in data validation, data quality assurance, and technology evaluation.
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
