Job description
This is a newly defined role responsible for defining the enterprise agentic identity strategy and architecture from a design and strategy perspective. The Architect will define identity architecture, security models, and implementation direction while coordinating with multiple technology and business teams. This position is expected to drive overall design, cross-functional alignment, and provide technical leadership for agent identity initiatives., * Define and drive the enterprise agentic identity strategy and architecture, including identity models and authorization patterns for AI agents.
- Create security design patterns, standards, and establish long-term identity security direction.
- Design standardized lifecycle management for agent identities, including onboarding, ownership, and credential management.
- Establish scalable agent discovery and inventory capabilities across platforms.
- Implement strong access controls for agents, enforcing least privilege and policy enforcement at tool and runtime boundaries.
- Enable end-to-end observability of agent activity and integrate telemetry into enterprise detection and response pipelines.
- Partner with IAM, security, and platform teams to deliver reusable patterns and secure-by-design implementations.
- Guide implementation efforts and work with stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in securing Cloud Compute Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and SaaS Applications.
- Deep technical expertise in identity and cloud security, with a background in IAM Architecture, Cloud Security Architecture, or Identity Platform Architecture.
- Experience with enterprise identity programs.
- Meaningful experience across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) with deep expertise in at least one.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with directory services, SSO/federation, OAuth/OIDC, and lifecycle governance.
- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Access reviews and IGA.
- Understanding of AI systems and controls.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred certifications include CCSP or cloud platform certifications (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
- Strong technical leadership and architecture design experience.
- Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
