Oracle HCM Talent & Learning Module Lead

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Talent & Learning Module Lead with very strong implementation experience in Oracle Talent Management and Learning modules.

This is a client-facing, functional lead role supporting a post-implementation phase - testing, go-live, and post-go-live.

The consultant will serve as the onshore lead, closely coordinating with offshore teams.

1. Strong implementation experience in Oracle Talent Management and Oracle Learning modules - not just exposure
2. Deep functional expertise in at least one of these areas:
3. Oracle Talent Management (Performance, Goals, Career Development, Succession Planning)
4. Oracle Learning (Content Management, Learning Catalog, Certifications, Compliance Training)
5. Prior experience in client-facing roles - able to lead workshops, demos, and stakeholder discussions independently
6. Experience supporting testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Regression) and managing defect triage
7. Led or supported go-live and post-go-live hypercare activities
8. Acted as onshore lead - coordinating with offshore teams, reviewing deliverables, managing daily syncs, 1. Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Talent Management or Learning)
9. Experience working with SI environments
10. Prior exposure to offshore/onshore operating models
