Data Engineer Lead - Snowflake & dbt

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data models using Snowflake and dbt.
• Lead a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
• Coordinate onshore-offshore teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and lead technical discussions.
• Translate business needs into scalable and efficient data engineering solutions.
• Drive data quality initiatives, optimize performance, and implement best practices.
• Manage scheduling and automation processes using Control-M.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track project milestones, manage escalations, and ensure delivery commitments are met.

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer Lead with strong expertise in Snowflake and dbt to lead data engineering initiatives and deliver scalable data solutions.
