Job description

Master data cleanup and validation including profit centers, cost centers, and data structures
Support migration from current SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA
Process mapping for finance workflows
Analyze and understand existing data structures and flows
Collaborate closely with FP&A, revenue accounting, and cross-functional teams
Execute daily financial reporting tasks including P&L and variance analysis
Build and modify dashboards and reports using Power BI preferred

Requirements

8-10 years of related experience
Strong SAP experience including ERP data structures and master data
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools with Power BI advantageous
Experience with financial reporting, P&L analysis, and cost variance
Understanding of core finance concepts including gross margin
Ability to interpret how reports are built, not just generate outputs
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across teams
Ability to translate data into business insights
Finance background or relevant finance department experience
Hands-on execution with strategic thinking capability
Experience working in complex system transformation environments
Flexibility to work in a highly collaborative, on-site team setting

SAP Financial Analyst 5 Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transition projects
Experience with Power BI dashboard development
Experience working in finance transformation or ERP migration environments
Understanding of financial data flows and reporting systems including TM1/SACP transition exposure as a plus, * Financial analysis: 8 years (Required)
SAP: 2 years (Required)

The pay for this position is $68-$75 per hour based on experience
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
