Trading Card & eCommerce Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Trading Card & eCommerce Specialist to join our growing team. This position combines in-store customer service, buying and selling collectibles, online inventory management, and participation in our expanding eBay Live sales channel.

We buy, sell, and trade Pokémon cards, One Piece, Dragon Ball, sports cards, graded slabs, sealed products, video games, coins, and collectibles. If you enjoy the hobby, stay up-to-date on market trends, and love interacting with fellow collectors, we’d love to meet you.

This role will play an active part in our growing eBay Live sales channel, helping showcase collectibles to customers nationwide through live-streamed sales events.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers buying, selling, and trading Pokémon cards, trading card games, sports cards, and collectibles
• Evaluate collections, singles, sealed products, graded cards, and other collectibles
• Research market values using industry pricing tools and marketplaces
• Create accurate and appealing listings for our website and eBay store
• Photograph inventory and prepare products for online sale
• Write product descriptions and maintain inventory records
• Process online orders and package shipments securely
• Answer customer questions via phone, email, text message, and social media
• Assist with inventory organization and stock management
• Stay current on hobby trends, new releases, grading standards, and market pricing

eBay Live Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setup, and hosting of eBay Live sales events
• Prepare inventory for live streams, including sorting, pricing, and lot creation
• Help present products and interact with customers during live broadcasts
• Monitor customer questions and bidding activity during streams
• Package and process orders generated through eBay Live sales

Do you have experience in Sales?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Strong knowledge of Pokémon cards and grading standards

• Familiarity with PSA, CGC, BGS, and collectible card grading
• Experience with One Piece, Dragon Ball, Magic: The Gathering, sports cards, or other collectibles
• Experience selling on eBay, TCGPlayer, Whatnot, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
• Comfortable researching prices and identifying valuable cards and collectibles
• Experience with photography, product listings, and inventory management
• Comfortable speaking with customers both in person and online
• Experience with eBay Live, Whatnot, or other livestream selling platforms is a plus
