Flash Game Developer

Flash Game Developer – an ActionScript 2.0 virtuoso with a finely-honed game sense.

• Brainstorm and create appealing game demonstrations and prototypes
• Create rough programmer art to help illustrate game concepts
• Work closely with other game designers, sound engineers, producers, and artists while contributing original design ideas
• Create single- and multi-player Flash games from conception to launch
• Create tools for artists and designers to tweak game mechanics and level layouts

• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience developing games
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Strong familiarity with object-oriented principals
• Great game sense and knowledge of the casual game market
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Self-directed
• Must be organized, systematic, punctual, and goal-oriented
