Embroidery Specialist / DTG TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Technician to join our team in Queens, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience operating commercial embroidery machines, preparing embroidery files, ensuring quality production, and maintaining equipment., * Operate and monitor 2 Single Head embroidery machines.

• Set up machines, hoops, threads, and materials for production runs.
• Read and interpret embroidery designs and production orders.
• Designing, loading, and running new and existing designs
• Must have experience in custom hats
• Perform quality inspections to ensure embroidery meets company standards.
• Trimming & finishing goods with high accuracy
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Manage thread inventory and production supplies.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Do you have experience in Sewing machine?, * Previous experience operating commercial embroidery machines (Barudan).

• Knowledge of embroidery digitizing software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom apparel, uniforms, hats, promotional products, or textile decoration.
• Familiarity with embroidery file formats such as DST, EMB, and PES.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in the use of embroidery software, Microsoft (MS) office software and Digital
