Personalization Programmer - 1075

• Receive orders via JD Edwards (JDE) computer system.
• Verify orders for correct spellings and proper fit through direct customer contact.
• Efficiently be able to create/modify/correct personalization design using various software applications, such as Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Gravostyle and PhotoGrav.
• Obtain design approval through customer verification process.
• Release orders to CSC Urn Warehouse locations for production using JDE software.
• Interact and communicate with Batesville-based Options associates and Options customers.
• Maintain all daily reports and reporting.

Do you have experience in Database systems?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of 24 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Knowledge of company standard internet, database software, Corel Draw 10, Adobe Photoshop, Gravostyle and Photograv.
• Work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a team setting.

Nice to Haves:

• Able to show attention to detail, make quality judgments and solve customer issues.
• Should also have strong verbal (both in person and on the phone) and written communication skills.
