Data Analyst

Contract Duration: Through December 2026, with potential for extension/renewal based on business needs and performance., We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support ERP management processes and business operations through data aggregation, cleansing, analysis, and reporting. This role will work across multiple business functions, helping drive strategic decision-making through data insights and performance measurement., * Perform data aggregation, cleansing, validation, and analysis across various ERP management processes and focus areas.

• Develop, maintain, and report on key business performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze and support business functions related to:
• Financial operations
• Material tracking and inventory processes
• End-to-end communication monitoring
• Regulatory and customer reporting
• Extract and compile data from multiple sources to support business analysis and reporting.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Provide analytical support for various business initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related analytical role.
• Experience working with:
• Oracle
• SAP
• Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Experience compiling, cleansing, and preparing data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Maximo.
• Experience in warehousing, inventory analytics, or supply chain analytics.
• Engineering, technical, or manufacturing industry experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business process analysis.
