Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud CX Portal Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, spearheading the design and implementation of an integrated, customer-facing portal environment.

You will be the driving force behind a seamless customer collaboration platform, enabling self-service order management, contract visibility, and co-development initiatives. If you are a strategic thinker who thrives in front of stakeholders and has a deep footprint in Oracle Fusion ecosystems, we want to hear from you., * Lead & Facilitate: Independently drive interactive workshops with diverse business and IT stakeholders in Irvine, CA, to gather requirements and define project scope.

  • Solution Architecture: Design and architect customer collaboration workflows ensuring a seamless portal experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development and supply chain teams to enable collaborative product development phases within the portal.
  • End-to-End Implementation: Guide the configuration and integration of Oracle Cloud CX/Order Management with portal solutions from concept to go-live.

Requirements

  • Oracle Expertise: 7+ years of deep experience within Oracle Order Management Cloud or Oracle CX Cloud.
  • Fusion Native: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically working with Oracle Fusion.
  • Portal Specialization: Proven track record working with Customer Portals-either custom-developed solutions, Oracle Commerce, or Oracle iStore.
  • Collaboration Workflow Mastery: Strong conceptual and practical understanding of customer collaboration environments, specifically enabling:
  • Real-time Sales Order status tracking via a portal.
  • Direct Order Placement functionalities.
  • Sales Contract visibility and management.
  • Interactive, collaborative product development phases between the business and the customer.
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be highly confident running client-facing workshops independently., * Candidates must be willing and able to travel to Irvine, CA as required for critical client workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
