Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Order Management Cloud or Oracle CX Cloud.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion.
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Portals custom-built portal, Oracle Commerce, or Oracle iStore.
  • Strong understanding of customer portal processes, including:
  • Customer order placement
  • Sales order status tracking
  • Sales contract visibility
  • Customer collaboration during product development
  • Experience conducting customer/business workshops independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work with both business and IT stakeholders and translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
