VP / Director - Hyperscale Optical Networking

• Drive revenue growth across assigned strategic accounts
• Develop and expand relationships within hyperscale, OEM, ODM, and carrier customers
• Identify and close new business opportunities related to next-generation networking infrastructure
• Align customer requirements with product and technology roadmaps
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and long-term account strategy
• Maintain accurate forecasts and drive achievement of revenue targets
• Partner with engineering, product management, and operations teams to support customer programs
• Manage opportunities from early engagement through production deployment
• Support strategic design wins and long-term platform adoption

Do you have experience in Telecommunications systems?, * 10+ years of experience selling optical networking, telecommunications, datacenter networking, or related infrastructure technologies

• Experience working with hyperscale customers, cloud providers, OEMs, ODMs, or major networking customers
• Track record of driving revenue growth and securing strategic design wins
• Strong executive-level customer relationships
• Experience supporting products used in high-speed networking environments, including 100G, 400G, and 800G deployments
• Familiarity with technologies such as DCI, optical transport, pluggable optics, transceivers, and related networking solutions
• Ability to operate independently while coordinating across multiple internal teams, * Optical networking
