Job description

Let’s cut to it…if you can’t stop tinkering with infrastructure at 2am because something could be more elegant, you’ve probably already updated your resume. Premier One is looking for a Systems Engineer II who doesn’t just live in the Microsoft and Azure ecosystem they thrive in it, improve it, and occasionally argue with it (respectfully). If cloud architecture, hands-on infrastructure work, and actually caring about your craft sound like a Tuesday to you, keep reading.

We’re an IT department for hire and we’ve been doing it exceptionally well for over 30 years. Think of us as the team behind the scenes making sure businesses across the United States run smoothly, securely, and with zero drama. Our secret sauce… it’s IT with a Human Touch. We are looking for a rare candidate with the kind of integrity and character that doesn’t need to be managed, it just shows up! That means our clients get real people, real accountability, and real solutions. We’re casual, collaborative, and deeply proud of the culture we’ve built. The kind of team you actually look forward to logging in with. We celebrate the wins (big and small) and hold each other to a high standard because we actually care about what we build and the humans on the other end of the project or ticket.
