Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for experienced Program Managers to work in the heart of Texas for 6 months! You will be required to work 4 times per week at our client’s offices in Plano, Texas, collaborating closely with a dynamic team and stakeholders! Responsibilities
- Manage a cross-functional team of 5-10 members across engineering, data, and product disciplines.
- Oversee project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies using Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable components and work packages.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build and refine project roadmaps, focusing on major milestones and deliverables.
- Initially manage one project with potential to expand to multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Facilitate team coordination, progress tracking, and reporting across sprints and releases.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor coordination?, * 8-10+ years of program management experience, with a proven track record of managing large, multi-disciplinary, enterprise-level programs
Expertise in managing 2+ programs at a given time through different delivery cycles Manage vendor products deployment across supply chain and go-to-market functions
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups across product, engineering, data, and infrastructure
- Prior experience overseeing project managers or scrum masters; ability to mentor and elevate team capabilities
- Strong understanding of the SDLC process, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and DevOps/SRE operating models
Familiarity with data platforms, cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), and modern AI/ML tooling
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - comfortable presenting to executive audiences
- Worked with DEV Team for Kafka, AKS, database, CI/CD
