Job description
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who believes that beautiful design is measured by conversion metrics. You will be the architect responsible for overhauling our public web presence and digital landing experiences. Your mission is to take complex financial concepts and wrap them in a clean, minimalist web environment that rivals the best names in fintech, while fiercely protecting and highlighting our unique human-driven service model., * Design for Impact: Create low-and-high fidelity wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma that transform long-form content into dense, engaging digital layouts.
- Collaborate on AI Search Strategy: Partner with external search agencies to embed structural schema and Q&A blocks into beautiful interface layouts that satisfy both AI crawlers and human eyes.
- Optimize the Journey: Audit our web experience continuously against industry giants. Ruthlessly eliminate visual clutter, optimize page load psychology, and simplify our long-form application layouts.
- Build the Dev Bridge: Work hand-in-hand with our software engineers. You will hand off finalized assets, review staging environments to ensure visual QA, and ensure no engineering hours are wasted guessing layout logic.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Website analysis?, * 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience with a portfolio that explicitly proves your designs directly increased conversions, leads, or revenue (not just pretty portfolios).
- A “Growth Hack” mindset-you understand how copy, layouts, and micro-interactions influence consumer psychology.
- Experience working inside lean marketing or product pods where speed-to-market and iterative testing are valued over corporate bureaucracy
