Job description

IvoryCloud is seeking a Senior Data Warehouse Specialist / ETL Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the complex data pipelines that move information from client source systems into the reporting environments that program staff and leadership rely on to make better decisions. Data extracts will come from many sources, transform through documented business rules, and load it into an Enterprise Data system., * Design, develop, and maintain advanced data analytics, dashboards, and reports using Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

  • Transform complex business requirements into actionable insights through mastery of SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports, developing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and robust data models.
  • Extract, transform, and load data from disparate sources into data warehouses to support reporting.
  • Perform requirements gathering with business stakeholders and IT to ensure data accuracy and user adoption.
  • Optimize report performance and implement reporting and development best practices.
  • Ensure delivered reports and dashboards meet Section 508 accessibility requirements.

Requirements

· U.S. Citizenshipor Green Card holder

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related technical field., · 7+ years designing, developing, and maintaining advanced analytics, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

· Mastery of SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling, including complex queries and stored procedures.

· Demonstrated ability to transform complex business requirements into actionable insights and interactive products.

· Experience extracting, transforming, and loading data from disparate sources into data warehouses.

· Track record of optimizing report performance and implementing development best practices.

· Experience delivering within an Agile/Scrum SDLC and tracking work in JIRA and Confluence.

· Familiarity with federal data standards and security controls, including FISMA, FedRAMP Moderate, NIST SP 800-53, and Section 508 accessibility
