Job description
We’re hiring Telecom Field Technicians! We’re in need of Travel Techs that have reliable transportation and like providing speedy and efficient customer service. This position will be providing service in a full office setup, existing clients’ troubleshooting needs, and most specifically assisting with rolling out updates across multiple networks. You will be working in a commercial work environment, not a residential one., * Apply skills described above to resolve clients’ issues
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, network issues & peripherals
- Helping end users understand software & hardware
- Travel to multiple clients per week around the Greater Seattle Area
Requirements
Do you have experience in Wireless network configuration?, * 2 years minimum experience in low voltage or telecom
- Wiring, set up, install of networks: Cat5E, CAT6, Coax, Wireless & Analog
- Understanding of configurations and network infrastructure
- In-depth knowledge of cable and jack repair
- TCP/IP, Routers, WAPs, Wireless, and other networking devices
- Reliable personal vehicle, Laptop, own cable tools, Ladder
- No Dial Tone phone system troubleshooting
Benefits & conditions
$28 - $32 an hour - Full-time, Contract
