Job description

We are seeking Telecommunication Field Technicians who enjoy traveling and possess dependable transportation to deliver rapid, high-quality service. Your primary focus will involve full office installations, resolving technical issues for current clients, and specifically supporting the deployment of network-wide updates. Please note that all work takes place in professional commercial settings rather than residential locations., * Utilize your technical expertise to effectively resolve client connectivity challenges.

  • Perform comprehensive troubleshooting on network infrastructure, hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist end users by providing clear guidance on the operation of their hardware and software tools.
  • Maintain operational efficiency by traveling to various client sites across the Greater Denver region throughout the week.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Wireless communication system operation?, This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity that grants immediate full-time status upon joining. Because this role requires travel throughout the Greater Denver Metro region, you must have your own reliable vehicle.

Schedule: Daytime hours; specific timing fluctuates based on project requirements and site location.

Professional Prerequisites:

  • At least 24 months of hands-on experience within the telecom or low-voltage sectors.
  • Proficiency in installing and configuring various network types, including Cat5E, CAT6, Coax, Analog, and Wireless systems.
  • Strong grasp of network infrastructure and system configurations.
  • Expertise in repairing jacks and cabling to ensure consistent connectivity.
  • Competency with networking hardware such as WAPs, routers, wireless systems, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Possession of a dependable personal vehicle, a laptop, a ladder, and a personal set of cabling tools.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and fix No Dial Tone phone system errors.
