Insurance Software Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Software Trainer / Implementation Specialist to work directly with independent insurance agencies across the country. This role combines customer onboarding, software implementation, and live virtual training.

This is not a software development, IT support, or engineering position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, teaching software, and helping insurance agencies succeed.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful product use, developing processes to assist in reducing churn, and training insurance agency staff on the processes and functionality of our software. You will work closely with the Sales team to develop a smooth transition and long-term success for the customer.

• Conduct live virtual training sessions for insurance agency staff using Zoom (camera on).
• Guide new customers through software onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers after implementation to ensure successful adoption and continued success.
• Reporting suggestions and defects to the development team.
• Record training videos, feature demonstrations, and content for our online learning platform.
• Test new software features and enhancements and provide feedback to the Development team.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with management to review goals, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Occasional work outside of normal hours.

Do you have experience in Zoom?, * Experience in an insurance-related field required (independent agency, carrier, MGA, or insurance software/vendor).

• Experience training, coaching or onboarding.
• This is not an entry-level position.
• Comfortable conducting live virtual training sessions with camera on.
• Ability to learn and teach software applications effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
