The Urban League of Greater Atlanta (ULGA) is a leading nonprofit advancing economic mobility and equity across Metro Atlanta through workforce development, housing, entrepreneurship, and community services. ULGA is launching an organization-wide transformation to modernize how it uses data systems and artificial intelligence (AI) to improve services, increase efficiency, and expand long-term impact. The Data Systems & AI Transformation VISTA will play a key role in building the infrastructure that supports this transformation. This is a strategic, capacity-building position focused on strengthening internal systems-not direct service delivery. The VISTA will design and document data processes, support AI integration across departments, and develop training resources that help staff adopt new tools and workflows. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in technology, data, AI, and social impact, who wants hands-on experience helping a nonprofit modernize and scale its operations.

Member Duties : Data Systems Development Assess current data tools and processes across programs Develop standardized templates for data collection and reporting Design a centralized framework for tracking outcomes and partnerships AI Workflow Integration Research and document practical AI use cases across ULGA functions Build and test workflows using tools like Microsoft 365, Copilot, and automation tools Support development of AI-enabled processes (example: reporting, grant writing, internal communication) [ULGA_AI_Tr…_FY2027_v2
