Job description

Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for Majesco-based solutions. Own solution design, code quality, performance, and security standards. Lead development activities across Policy Administration, Billing, Portal, and Integration layers. Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews and architectural guidance. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to refine requirements. Support production issues, root-cause analysis, and long-term remediation. Coordinate with third-party vendors and offshore development teams. Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory, audit, and data governance standards. Will use tools/technologies/skills like the following: Oracle, SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL, Majesco Dev Studio, SAFe Agile methodologies and web service development and integration with the Majesco Policy platform or third-party integrations.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web services design?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Three years of college level study or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline and five years of related work experience. Employer will also accept a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline and two years of related work experience. Must have at least two years of experience in the following:

  • Oracle and SQL Server
  • SQL and PL/SQL
  • Majesco Dev Studio
  • SAFe Agile methodologies
  • Web service development and integration with the Majesco Policy platform or third-party integrations.

Hours: Full-time: Forty hours per week

Work site: 100 South Missouri Ave., Clearwater, FL 33756. May/can telecommute/work from home office anywhere in the U.S. Travel to headquarters required 1-2 times per year for an approximate two-week period., $150,000 per year, As required by applicable state and/or local regulations the following pay data provides a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting. FrankCrum may ultimately pay more or less than the posted pay range due to many economic and individualized considerations. The pay offered to the selected candidate will be based on factors including, but not limited to qualifications, knowledge, licensure, skills, abilities, work experience, education, budget, training, employment trends, internal wage considerations, market dynamics, certifications, geographical location, assessments, and other business and organizational needs. The hourly pay range at the time of initial posting for this position is $150,000. These figures represent the annualized pay for both hourly and salaried types of positions and does not indicate employment is on a yearly basis nor remove the employee’s employment at-will status.
