Job description
We are seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and day-to-day operations of end-user technology across a large enterprise environment.
This role is responsible for ensuring a secure, reliable, and high-quality computing experience for employees through the management of devices, endpoint platforms, and support services. The EUC Manager will lead a team focused on endpoint engineering, device lifecycle management, and user experience, while partnering closely with infrastructure, security, and digital workplace leadership., EUC Strategy & Operations
- Own the strategy and execution of end-user computing services across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual endpoints
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all endpoint environments
- Drive continuous improvement in end-user experience, support delivery, and operational efficiency
Device & Endpoint Management
- Oversee enterprise endpoint platforms including device provisioning, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management
- Manage environments across Windows, macOS, and iOS devices
- Lead endpoint management strategy across tools such as:
- Microsoft Intune (target state)
- SCCM / MECM
- Workspace ONE
- Other endpoint management tools as applicable
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a team responsible for endpoint engineering, operations, and support
- Provide direction on priorities, delivery, and performance expectations
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead high-impact initiatives related to endpoint modernization, automation, and platform transformation
- Support product release planning, operational readiness, and ongoing platform enhancements
- Evaluate and implement new technologies aligned with business and clinical needs, * Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure alignment across platforms
- Support enterprise initiatives requiring endpoint integration and deployment
- Serve as a key technical resource for complex endpoint-related challenges
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Endpoint Management
- 2-3+ years of experience leading teams in an enterprise environment
- Strong experience managing:
- Windows, macOS, and/or iOS environments
- Enterprise endpoint management platforms (Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE, etc.)
- Experience supporting large-scale device environments (thousands of endpoints preferred)
- Strong understanding of device lifecycle management, patching, and endpoint security
- Ability to lead both day-to-day operations and project-based initiatives
