Job description
- Perform systems engineering functions, including defining and documenting concepts of operations, operational/system requirements, and use cases to support system development, performing high-level system design
- Specify system/component performance and interface requirements
- Developing installation, integration, and acceptance test plans
- Continuously assess existing organizational processes and work products to ensure they best facilitate strategic and tactical efforts.
- Coordinate with customers, project teams, and related organizations to ensure solutions satisfy the requirements.
- Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision for the solutions developed by the product teams.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph.
- Degree, ABET accredited must be in Engineering or a relevant technical field (for example, computer science, mathematics, or physics).
- Relevant experience must be in engineering systems over their lifecycle (for example, conception, design & development, testing, production, distribution/deployment, operation, maintenance & support, decommissioning).
- Level 03 - ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Level 02 - seven (07) years of relevant experience
- Level 01 - three (03) years of relevant experience
Benefits & conditions
$160,000 - $240,000 a year
The pay range for this job, with multi-levels, is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
