Job description

We are seeking experienced Amazon Connect Developers with strong expertise in AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, and DevOps practices to support a leading Banking client in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services., * Design, develop, and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.

  • Create and maintain call flows, routing profiles, queues, contact flows, and customer interaction workflows.
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with backend systems using AWS Lambda functions.
  • Develop and optimize conversational AI/chatbot solutions using Amazon Lex.
  • Build REST API integrations with third-party and enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve contact center application issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes using DevOps tools and AWS services.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and support teams to gather and implement requirements.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and best practices within AWS cloud environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
  • Strong experience in:
  • Amazon Connect Contact Flows
  • Routing Profiles
  • Queues and User Management
  • Contact Center Integrations
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lambda.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Amazon Lex chatbots/voice bots.
  • Knowledge of AWS services including:
  • API Gateway
  • S3
  • CloudWatch
  • DynamoDB
  • SNS/SQS
  • IAM
  • Experience with Python, Node.js, or Java for Lambda development.
  • Strong understanding of AWS security and cloud architecture best practices.
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar DevOps tools.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills., * Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
  • AWS Certifications (Developer Associate, Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
  • Experience with Contact Center modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of IVR, CTI, Voice/Chat integrations, and customer experience platforms.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
