SAP Technical Specialist

Act as a technical specialist and integration partner, ensuring reliable SAP solutions, seamless cross-system integration, and a smooth transition to a modern, scalable S/4HANA landscape supporting critical business operations., * We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Specialist to support enterprise SAP systems and lead technical readiness for an upcoming S/4HANA migration. This role combines technical leadership, development oversight, and integration management, with a strong focus on aligning technology solutions to complex business processes in a global environment.

• The position requires close collaboration with onsite business teams to ensure seamless integration across systems and effective delivery of mission-critical capabilities., * Act as a technical SME for SAP ABAP, architecture, and solution design
• Drive S/4HANA migration readiness, including custom code remediation and optimization
• Design, develop, and support integrations between SAP and non-ERP systems (APIs, IDocs, RFCs, middleware)
• Work closely with business stakeholders onsite to translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions
• Lead business integration efforts, ensuring consistent and reliable data flow across systems
• Enable backend services for Fiori applications using OData services
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, governance, and change management processes
• Support testing cycles, defect resolution, and post-migration stabilization

• 12+ years of experience in SAP ABAP and technical design
• Experience in S/4HANA migration or system transformation initiatives
• Strong expertise in SAP integrations with external systems
• Exposure to Fiori and OData services

Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders in a global/onsite environment
