Requirements

  • Bachelor’’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in network engineering, data communications, computer systems, and enterprise network support.
  • Minimum five (5) years of hands-on RF survey engineering experience with significant experience conducting field surveys in hospital and office environments.
  • Strong knowledge of RF propagation, antenna theory, and wireless technologies including 4G, 5G, 6G, and Wi-Fi.
  • Experience utilizing RF surveying and analysis tools such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, TEMS, Ekahau, Acrylic, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience designing, implementing, administering, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Expertise supporting complex networking technologies including LAN, WLAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN, NAC, NAT, SNMP, QoS, VLANs, ACLs, TACACS, RADIUS, BGP, and EIGRP.
  • Experience with enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and network security technologies.
  • Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex network issues.
  • Experience developing technical documentation, network designs, and implementation plans.
  • Demonstrated project leadership experience managing network-related initiatives and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Telecommunications and network services experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
  • Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) certification.
  • Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP) certification.
  • Experience supervising technical or network operations teams.
  • Experience designing and supporting Real-Time Location Services (RTLS) environments.
  • Experience supporting healthcare network environments and mission-critical infrastructure.
