Job description

Seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in RF survey engineering, wireless network design, enterprise networking, and project leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience conducting RF surveys in complex healthcare and corporate environments while designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting large-scale enterprise network infrastructures., * Design, implement, configure, and support enterprise network infrastructures

  • Conduct RF surveys and wireless network assessments
  • Develop coverage, capacity, and RTLS network designs
  • Troubleshoot and optimize wired and wireless network environments
  • Lead small to medium network deployment projects
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex network issues
  • Create technical documentation, reports, and design specifications
  • Support disaster recovery planning and testing
  • Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability
  • Collaborate with IT, construction, and vendor teams
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor junior network engineers and technical staff

Requirements

Do you have experience in Wireless network deployment projects?, * 5+ years of progressive network engineering experience

  • 5+ years of RF survey engineering experience
  • Experience performing field surveys in hospital and office environments
  • Enterprise network design, implementation, and optimization experience
  • Network project leadership experience
  • Telecommunications and wireless networking background
  • Supervisory experience preferred, * RF Propagation
