Job description

The Integration Specialist will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the technical infrastructure and interoperability components of enterprise business applications and integrated management systems. This role requires expertise in enterprise system integrations, interface management, network administration, infrastructure coordination, and CAD integration technologies that support facilities, asset, and workplace management platforms., * Design, support, maintain, monitor, and enhance interfaces between enterprise applications and internal/external systems.

  • Ensure reliable data exchange, interoperability, and data integrity across multiple business and operational platforms.
  • Monitor interface performance and proactively identify and resolve integration-related issues.
  • Validate data transfers, troubleshoot data synchronization problems, and ensure successful processing of interface transactions.
  • Support application releases, upgrades, and deployment activities related to integrations and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, hosting providers, and infrastructure personnel to maintain operational continuity.
  • Provide network and infrastructure support, including environment configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and system availability monitoring.
  • Support infrastructure-related maintenance activities, system performance optimization, and operational monitoring.
  • Administer and support CAD integration technologies, ensuring synchronization between facility drawings, space management systems, and enterprise application records.
  • Maintain accurate facilities, space utilization, and asset management data through effective integration and data management practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to implement and support integration solutions.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem resolution activities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to interfaces, integrations, infrastructure configurations, and operational procedures., The Integration Specialist will ensure the reliable operation, availability, and performance of enterprise integrations, infrastructure components, and CAD-related technologies while maintaining seamless interoperability between business systems. This role will contribute to the overall stability, accuracy, and operational effectiveness of the organization’s technology environment.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting enterprise application integrations, infrastructure, or interoperability solutions.

  • Experience with enterprise integration technologies, APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and data exchange protocols.
  • Knowledge of network administration, system connectivity, infrastructure support, and enterprise application environments.
  • Experience monitoring and troubleshooting interfaces, integrations, and data synchronization processes.
  • Familiarity with CAD integration technologies and facility management systems.
  • Strong understanding of data validation, error handling, and system interoperability best practices.
  • Experience supporting production environments, system releases, and operational maintenance activities.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting IBM TRIRIGA or other Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).
  • Knowledge of cloud-hosted environments and hybrid infrastructure architectures.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring, logging, and performance management tools.
  • Familiarity with facilities management, real estate management, asset management, or workplace services systems.
  • Experience working in Agile, DevSecOps, or IT service management (ITSM) environments.
