Job description

Will manage a group 13 QA Engineers in a strong development environment. Will oversee Code Reviews, Code Inspection and Unit Tests. Will direct automated test efforts. Develop and implement policies, practices and procedures to ensure superior software product quality Develop a rapid development process Improve SQA via monitoring of product and process

Requirements

7 years related experience Strong Management background in Development QA 2+ years in SQA mgmt. Hands on coding experience with Java on Windows Silk Test and Automated test tools Sybase knowledge desired BSCS
