NOC L1 Engineer

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced NOC L1 Engineer to join our growing team. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NOC Analyst to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring network infrastructure, identifying and responding to incidents, performing initial diagnostics, and ensuring efficient issue resolution through escalation and remediation., * Monitor network infrastructure using network monitoring and management tools

• Detect, analyze, and respond to network incidents and alerts.
• Perform initial diagnostics and first-touch remediation when applicable.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and service availability.
• Adhere to ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Participate in shift-based coverage, including nights and weekends, as required.

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in network monitoring and IT Operations Critical Response Coordination.
• Proficiency in network monitoring
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ or equivalent industry certification.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a 24/7 operational setting.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a NOC or similar IT operations role.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with additional network monitoring or security tools.
