Job description
We are seeking experienced Privacy Annotation Specialists, eDiscovery professionals, Paralegals, Privacy Analysts, and Legal Document Review experts to support AI training and evaluation initiatives. In this role, you will help improve next-generation AI systems by applying your expertise in legal document review, privacy compliance, information governance, and sensitive data handling.
This is a project-based contractor opportunity focused on AI training and evaluation rather than traditional legal practice. Contributors will review, annotate, and assess legal documents and AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with industry best practices.
No prior AI experience is required. What matters most is your expertise in privacy, eDiscovery, compliance, and legal document review workflows., * Review and annotate sensitive legal documents with a focus on identifying Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other confidential content.
- Validate OCR (Optical Character Recognition) outputs to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Perform quality assurance reviews and audits on document annotation and review workflows.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to privacy, compliance, and legal document processing.
- Apply expertise in contract review, eDiscovery, and information governance to improve AI training datasets.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technology teams to maintain high-quality standards.
- Identify privacy risks, inconsistencies, and compliance concerns within document sets.
- Provide clear documentation, findings, and recommendations to support AI model improvement.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * Strong background in contract review, eDiscovery, legal document review, compliance, or information governance.
- Deep understanding of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), privacy regulations, and sensitive data handling requirements.
- Experience in roles such as Paralegal, eDiscovery Specialist, Privacy Analyst, Information Governance Specialist, Compliance Manager, or Legal Document Review Lead.
- Experience working with legal technology, managed review services, or litigation support workflows.
- Previous experience with organizations such as Consilio, Epiq, Relativity, KLDiscovery, TransPerfect, or similar legal services providers is highly valued.
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working with sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and quality assurance skills.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to document findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment., * Experience supporting litigation, investigations, regulatory reviews, or managed document review projects.
- Familiarity with privacy compliance frameworks and legal technology platforms.
- Experience conducting quality assurance reviews or audits of legal datasets.
- Background in digital forensics, information governance, or legal operations.
- Experience contributing to legal technology or AI-related initiatives.
