Design Engineer

• Develop and maintain 3D models and assemblies in Solid Edge for streetcars, locomotives, mining equipment and other products.
• Manage top-level assembly models for custom projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project teams through full product lifecycle.
• Work directly with customers on custom design requirements and modifications.
• Establish and improve modeling standards across product lines.
• Support manufacturing floor with design clarifications and modifications.

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• Proficiency in Solid Edge or similar software with willingness to learn
• Understanding of mechanical design principles and assembly function
• Effective and professional communication skills for customer and cross-functional coordination
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience desired
