Job description
This role is a unique blend of Applications Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, CAD/CAM Engineering, and Product Development. You’ll work directly with customers, support manufacturing process development, optimize machining strategies, conduct demonstrations and testing, and help solve complex engineering challenges involving highly engineered components.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and optimize manufacturing and machining processes.
- Support machine demonstrations, test cuts, and process validation activities.
- Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot machining and manufacturing challenges.
- Utilize CAD/CAM tools to support process development and manufacturing improvements.
- Conduct technical training for customers and internal teams.
- Support tooling, fixture, and manufacturing strategy development.
- Partner with engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to deliver customer solutions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer communication?, We are seeking engineers who possess a combination of:
- CAD experience (SolidWorks, Creo, NX, Inventor, or similar)
- CAM experience (Mastercam, NX CAM, HyperMill, PowerMill, or similar)
- Manufacturing and process engineering knowledge
- CNC machining and/or CNC programming experience
- Product development or design engineering exposure
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-facing or cross-functional engineering experience

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
