Network Engineer

Participate in customer planning sessions to define networking requirements

• Design and implement communications solutions for field and remote locations supporting secure facility connectivity and cloud-based data exchange
• Assist in designing and implementing approved networking and transport solutions aligned with long-term goals
• Install and configure network equipment; provide support to systems administrators

• Monitor systems to improve network performance and lead troubleshooting efforts across local and external sites Apply DoD Information Assurance (IA) policies to the design and maintenance of communications solutions

• Provide onsite support in a classified environment (remote work limited to short-duration NIPR with sponsor approval)

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience applying engineering principles in a professional environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining network architectures

• Experience configuring, operating, and troubleshooting complex systems and network equipment (TACLANEs, firewalls, routers, switches)

• IAT Level I certification (Security+ and relevant OS/CE certification)
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
