Job description
We are seeking experienced Sr. Test Lead Engineers to support automated test program development for advanced electronics and mission-critical systems. This role will involve leading Test Program Set development efforts, supporting hardware/software integration, and working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong TPS development experience, electronics lab experience, and technical leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop test programs for automated test systems, including LM-STAR, LM-CORE, and eCASS platforms
- Lead and support Test Program Set development activities
- Coordinate with Hardware, Software, and Systems Engineering teams
- Support testing of RF, analog, digital, Electronic Warfare, Electro-Optics, and communications technologies
- Perform hardware/software integration and troubleshooting
- Use standard electronics lab equipment to support test development, debug, and validation
- Provide technical guidance to TPS developers and support schedule/task coordination
- Communicate technical progress, issues, and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering?, * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Level 3: 6-8+ years of relevant experience
- Level 4: 14+ years of relevant experience
- Experience developing test programs using NI TestStand and/or LabWindows CVI
- Experience with TPS development and automated test systems
- Strong hardware/software integration skills
- Working knowledge of standard electronics lab equipment
- Ability to lead technical efforts and collaborate across engineering disciplines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, * Experience with PAWS ATLAS
- Experience with LM-STAR, LM-CORE, and/or eCASS
- Experience supporting RF, analog, digital, Electronic Warfare, Electro-Optics, or communications systems
- Prior aerospace, defense, or electronics test engineering experience
