IT Support Engineer

• Ensure continuous availability of network and medical devices
• Lead rapid response to IT incidents affecting clinical operations
• Log and track calls using an enterprise ticketing system
• Manage onboarding processes for new staff
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to align IT services
• Support a 24/7 operational environment with on-call participation

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Proven ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced environment

• Associate’s degree in computer information systems or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in technical support or systems administration
• Strong knowledge of networking and desktop support
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Active Directory Domain environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT standards
