Solutions Analyst

Seeking a Solutions Analyst to support and maintain supply chain planning applications while partnering with Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT teams to improve planning processes and resolve system issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, forecasting, procurement, and business applications., * Support and maintain supply chain planning applications.

• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT and business teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations to improve planning processes.
• Support demand planning, forecasting, procurement, and inventory planning initiatives.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Document system issues, enhancements, and business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for business applications and end users.

Do you have experience in Supply chain management solutions (enterprise solutions)?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, or Operations.

• Experience supporting Supply Chain Planning systems.
• Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, procurement, and inventory planning.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting business applications and ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Kinaxis.
• Experience working with both IT and business stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
