Job description

Lead architecture, design, and development of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Loyalty Cloud solutions. * Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Design and implement integrations with external systems and enterprise applications. * Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices. * Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across projects. * Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices. * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance. * Ensure solution quality through testing, documentation, and governance processes.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce Loyalty Cloud. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforce development experience and proven leadership skills in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, integrations, APIs, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Java, and cloud-based architectures. Strong communication skills (9/10 or above) are mandatory as this role requires direct interaction with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams. Required Skills * 10+ years of Salesforce development experience. * 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). * 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud. * Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC. * Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP services, and third-party integrations. * Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS, and cloud technologies. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps, and deployment automation. * Expertise in Salesforce security, performance optimization, and scalability. * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (9/10+).
