Job description
Infrastructure Architects are the key link between Kyndryl and our clients. Youâre in a technical leadership role, uniting and guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, and project executives to delivery and sometimes even the vendors who work with the client. Youâll be there from the start of a project - understanding whatâs needed and figuring out the best technical solution. And youâll be there at the finish, delivering the right product on time and within budget.
As an Infrastructure Architect, youâll draw upon the full breadth of your talent and experience. This is a technical leadership role, so we want you to bring your vision, knowledge, and leadership to each project. To the client, youâre the subject matter expert - consulting early, gathering inputs, understanding what they need from our solution. You define what Kyndryl can do to meet this solution. You design the best solution for the job. And finally, youâre the tech leader for implementation.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
-
10+ years of experience with Intel, Power, or mainframe architectures
-
10+ years of experience building Solution Architectures
-
5+ year of experience with virtualization technologies, networking, and storage systems.
-
8+ years of experience helping customers define technology roadmaps
-
Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and multi-cloud environments.
-
Experience translating complex technical architectures into executive-level business cases and ROI narratives
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
Benefits & conditions
The compensation range for this position in the US is $143,640 to $273,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.
This position will be eligible for Kyndrylâs discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndrylâs applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off. Note: if this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
