Oracle Cloud Financial Consultant

Manage end-to-end Oracle Financials Cloud implementations for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) track, with a strong focus on Customer Data Management (CDM), Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Billing, ensuring scalable and standardized customer-to-revenue processes

• Configure Oracle Financials Cloud modules for Customer Data Management (CDM), Accounts Receivable, and Collections to enable accurate customer setup, efficient invoicing, and compliant financial processing across global entities
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders to define customer hierarchy, billing relationships, invoicing structures, and credit management processes, translating them into detailed Oracle Cloud functional designs
• Design and govern customer master data structures, including customer hierarchies, account relationships, billing sites, and legal entity mapping to support global and multi-location business models
• Oversee customer data governance, cleansing, and migration activities, ensuring data quality, standardization, and completeness for seamless O2C operations
• Define and implement end-to-end O2C processes, including customer onboarding, order-to-invoice flow, credit management, dispute handling, and collections strategies
• Develop functional specifications for integrations between CDM, CPQ, Order Management, Subscription, and AR, ensuring consistent and reliable dataflow across upstream and downstream systems
• Monitor production issues related to CDM, billing, invoicing, and collections, driving root cause analysis and remediation actions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
• Support month-end and period-end close activities from an O2C perspective, ensuring accurate receivables accounting, reconciliation, and compliance with financial reporting standards
• Design and validate customer-centric reporting and dashboards, including aging reports, collections performance, invoicing accuracy, and customer data insights to support decision-making

Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials O2C modules, particularly Customer Data Management (CDM), Accounts Receivable, and Collections, including customer setup, hierarchy design, invoicing, and credit configuration

• Apply solid understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, customer data governance, and financial accounting principles to design scalable and efficient CDM and AR solutions for global enterprises

Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business, finance, IT, and external teams in defining customer models, resolving data issues, and driving successful O2C implementations
