- Collaborate in cross-functional meetings to analyze experiment data and user research insights to develop hypotheses for new product opportunities.

Requirements
Do you have experience in User research for product design?, Do you have a Bachelorās degree?, * Bachelorās degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of interaction design experience in product design or UX Design.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)., * 1 year of experience leading design projects.
- Experience working within established design systems and designing accessible products.
- Experience translating user needs, research insights, and data into digital products and high-quality deliverables.
- Experience delivering production-ready engineering specifications and collaborating with developers to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
- Experience leveraging generative AI tools and industry-standard software (e.g., Figma) to accelerate ideation and workflow velocity.

As a UX Designer for Retail Ads, you will define the future of shopping by creating innovative, AI-powered shopping ads experiences across Google surfaces. You will address design problems by collaborating with UX team members and cross-functional partners to build near-term experiments. In this role, you will deliver a cohesive and impactful product experience for users by partnering with functions such as Product Management, Engineering, and UX Research.

US: $109000 - $156000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
