Operations Coordinator (SAP/Plant Operations)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily plant operations in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate transaction execution within SAP while supporting logistics, inventory tracking, and overall operational efficiency.

You’ll work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to help maintain smooth, safe, and compliant operations while keeping customer orders moving efficiently., * Execute and manage transactions within the SAP ERP system

• Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and accuracy
• Maintain proper documentation and record retention
• Coordinate shipments with common carriers and logistics partners
• Act as a liaison between operations and internal teams regarding order fulfillment and shipment status
• Support vendor coordination and maintain strong working relationships with external partners
• Assist Operations Managers and Supervisors in driving daily plant activities

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Experience in warehouse or plant operations

• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
• Understanding of inventory management and logistics processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience coordinating freight or carrier shipments
• Familiarity with compliance and safety requirements in a plant environment
• Experience supporting operations leadership or supply chain teams, * Hands-on experience in plant operations and SAP systems
• Work closely with leadership and gain exposure to operations strategy
• Stable and structured environment with growth potential, * High school or equivalent (Required), * SAP: 1 year (Required)
• Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Required)
