Job description
We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and implementation of SAP Supply Chain Management solutions. This role will lead the design and optimization of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory, warehouse, logistics, and vendor management processes using SAP S/4HANA (MM, EWM, TM) and SAP Ariba. The position partners closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, integrated solutions while providing technical leadership and mentoring development teams., * Lead SAP SCM solution architecture, technical design, and governance.
- Drive P2P, sourcing, vendor management, inventory, warehouse, and logistics initiatives.
- Oversee SAP Ariba integrations with SAP S/4HANA using modern integration technologies.
- Manage integrations across Finance, Asset Management, Project Systems, and third-party platforms.
- Lead technical teams, project delivery, testing, release management, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop reporting and analytics to improve supplier performance, spend visibility, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of SAP SCM experience, including SAP MM; EWM and TM experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in SAP MM, Fiori, SAP Ariba, and system integrations.
- Experience with EWM/TM, ABAP troubleshooting, and performance optimization preferred.
- SAP SCM/MM or Ariba certifications are a plus.
