System Engineer

We are seeking a System Engineer with expertise in Microsoft systems, cloud technologies, and IT networks. In this role, you will collaborate with sales and technical support teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements and expectations. You will also play a vital role in IT support and infrastructure management., · Install, configure, and manage servers, storage, and network devices.

· Provide IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

· Respond to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs together with key account sales manager.

· Design technical solutions and proposals to address client needs, assessing both met and unmet requirements, and recommending optimal solutions.

· Coordinate with product vendors, service providers, and clients to ensure the timely delivery of proposed solutions.

· Act as a Project Manager when required to ensure solutions align with initial proposals and meet client expectations

Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Communications.

· Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud platforms

· Proficiency in networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)

· In-depth knowledge of VMware products and relevant cloud certifications.

· Microsoft Certifications and Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCIE are highly preferred.

· Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.

· Willingness and ability to travel frequently is required
